● Minutes of the meeting held on 09 May 2017 were read and signed as true and correct. 

Chairman’s Report

● C Sellers reported that significant progress had been made during the year with action on parking, including the installation of double yellow lines, and on sorting out problems with the drains.

Financial Report

(a) The Annual Governance Statement 2017/18 was approved and signed.

(b) Accounting Statements 2017/18 were approved and signed.

Election of Chairman & Vice-Chairman

● C Sellers was nominated and seconded as Chair and elected unopposed.

● S Hudson was nominated and seconded as Vice-Chair and elected unopposed.
